Should your encounter a problem with your EUROCOM notebook, please contact Eurocom Technical Support first. One of our skilled technicians will attempt to correct the problem so that you don't need to send your notebook in for service.

If the problem cannot be corrected remotely then our support technician will provide you with an
RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) which you will need to include with your
system when shipping it to our repair center.
